I am a controlling shareholder and director of NetConnex Ltd. and
NetConnex Broadband Ltd (http://www.ncuk.com).
The former has been a member of Nominet since 1999 and offers a
number of domain name related services among other IT consultancy
services. The latter is a hosting company which specialises in
co-location, transit and dedicated servers. For avoidance of doubt,
despite its name it does not provide "broadband" services.
